An accomplished business leader with more than three decades of experience in marque organisations like Eureka Forbes, Bausch & Lomb, Max New York Life Insurance, Bharti Axa & Edelweiss Tokio. During his career he hired, coached and groomed plenty of leaders apart from scripting many transformation stories across organisations. He possesses an unparalleled knack for dissecting intricate business challenges and devising pragmatic and potent solutions. Having handled businesses from startup to scale , he is mentoring many entrepreneurs.
Founder
Sanjay Bakshi has over three decades of successful track record of building sustainable businesses. He has worked with highly admired and leading brands like MRF, Shell , Swatch , Max Life, ERGO & ICICI Lombard. He has admirable consulting exposure business transformation assignments in countries like Croatia, Russia, Lithuacnia, Vietnam, Thailand and China.

Internationally recognized financial expert and ICF-certified coach, Ravi Rajpal brings a consultative approach to sales transformation in the advisory profession. Starting as a life insurance advisor, he rose to the top 1% worldwide, earning Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) honors for 23 consecutive years. As former Region Chair for Asia and Africa at MDRT, Ravi has mentored over 3,000 advisors globally, driving excellence and growth for 35+ years.

The name “ZenTara” reflects the essence of how we work. “Zen” stands for peace, calmness, and balance , the centered thinking needed to make clear, high-quality decisions. “Tara” in Hindi means star , symbolizing sparkle, brilliance, height, and aspiration.
